Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and promote our digital services. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and passionate about sales, marketing, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (online & offline)
- Pitch company services (Website Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, eBook Solutions)
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into long-term clients
- Maintain client database and sales pipeline
Marketing:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
- Create engaging content for social media and promotions
- Work on branding, promotions, and lead generation strategies
- Coordinate with the design and tech team for campaign execution
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales strategies
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in IT services / digital marketing industry is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
